How to Order

What happens after I place the order ?
If you place and order by internet, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. A few days later you will then receive a further e-mail with an assembly and dispatch date.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?
We offer our customers the chance to pay by Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) dan Paypal. Simply enter your Credit Card or Paypal details during the order process. Your Credit Card or Paypal will not be debited until the ordered articles have been sent.

How do I get my invoice?
You will receive your invoice as a pdf document by e-mail.If you collect your bike in our dealer, you will receive your invoice from us upon collection.

What is the different between DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) ?
In the case of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), We meets complete expenses including duty or tax under goods to deliver at the premises of buyer. In other words, the selling cost of goods includes all expenses inclusive of taxes to reach the goods at the door step of buyer’s premises. We bears all expenses of transportation, customs clearance, handling expenses and all other charges at load port and destination port to reach the goods at importer’s premises.

In the case DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the selling cost of goods included all charges to deliver goods up to the door of consignee except duty or tax of importing country.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
Delivery will take around 1-3 weeks from purchase order to your shipping destination.
We have delivery center from Europe, USA, and Asia. We use first class Courier Service such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.

How can I check on my order's delivery status?
To check delivery status of your order. Visit order status page on store.polygonbikes.com and type your order number

Can I get my order delivered today?
We do not offer same-day delivery at this time. If you need an order today, we suggest visiting one of our retail stores.

Can I just pay the driver for my order?
At this time, we do not accept C.O.D. Orders.

What does it mean when I'm told my order is processing, shipped, item(s) not available, canceled or is shipping from store?
Processing means we've received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Shipped means we've filled this portion of your order. It's on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.
Item(s) Not Available means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from Polygon Bikes will be contacting you with more details.
Canceled means the order was canceled by either the customer or by Polygon Bikes. A Customer Service Representative from Polygon Bikes will be contacting you with more details.
Shipping from Store means your order is being filled and shipped from a local Polygon Bikes store in your geographic area. (This option has limited availability at this time.)
 
Waranty

Do I need to register my bike?
We recommend you to register your bike. It will record your purchase for any related warranty concern.
You can register your bike here. The frame number position on the bottom of the bottom bracket.

How long does coverage last?
All  bikes are guaranteed for a period of five years and All. The guarantee starts on the day the product is bought.

What happens if my item arrived and it was defective?
We apologize for that inconvenience. Click here to learn about waranty.
